ScanMyDay reserves the right to remove or refuse any uploaded content that:

4. Event Galleries

Approved photos may be displayed within the event gallery associated with the upload.

These galleries may be publicly accessible unless otherwise restricted by the event host.

Users should only upload images they are comfortable sharing with other event guests.

5. Downloading Photos

Event guests and hosts may be able to download approved photos from the event gallery.

Photos remain the property of their original owner. Downloaded photos should only be used for personal use related to the event unless permission is obtained from the photographer.
