Guests don’t need to register or download a wedding photo sharing app! Your  Scan My Day QR code and/or private link is how your guests will add their photos & guestbook voice messages that are collected in one gallery for everyone to view! It couldn’t be simpler !

QR CODE & PERSONALISED LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU TO SHARE WITH GUESTS

This personalised QR code and link is all that is needed for your guests to scan or click to be directed to your EVENT UPLOAD PORTAL on the Scan My Day website.From there your guests upload their photos and guest messages with ease! You can share the link digitally with guests on social media or you can print the QR code on any event stationary you wish and guests can scan the QR code from the given stationary.

YOU ARE IN CHARGE WITH YOUR OWN ADMIN PANEL TO MANAGE THE PHOTOS UPLOADED

You will be given a unique link with username/password to manage the uploaded photos, approve them, delete any dubious ones & save the ones you want to keep to the cloud for secure storage (3 months storage per package)

AUTO SORT EVENT CATEGORIES

As your guests upload photos they can organise these into event categories on the upload portal that you have selected for your unique event.For example, if it’s a wedding then you can have Arrival, Ceremony,Reception,Meal,Speeches,Party etc

THE GALLERY

Once those uploaded photos are reviewed and approved they will appear in the personalised gallery section of the website for all guests to view and enjoy !
